Is it possible to enlarge the lines of the view in the plan of the lamps, so as to see them better in the plant?
2) Is it possible to enlarge the symbol in the plan of the lamp to see it better in the plan?

Go to the "Plan and 3D Representation" part of the Light parameters, you can there, set the pens for the symbol and for the illumination zone (check the box to have it shown).

The pen you show on the first image will affect the whole symbol only if you shake the "Replace object pen symbol" upside.
