2D doesn't match with 3D

Hi I have a huge problem for one project and my deadline is tomorrow !!! As you can see in the video, my Archicad 2D does not match with my 3D and it's just with this file. I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help.

Railing tool? Posts or balusters? Are they Custom Profiles?

Can you give us more details on what result you want to achieve in the floor plan view? Written in English. Unfortunately, I could not understand what you have spoken in the video.

I speak the same birth language. I think it too late but we have to know if you model your project near from the origin and if you check your model view definition about these railings ?
