You keep posting beginner questions that are in the reference guide. Please don't expect people here to teach you what you should learn by beginning with the basics. Is the problem that there is not a User Guide available in a language that you are fluent in?

Some kind person will probably respond who has way more patience than me...

Also have a look in the HELP menu.

You will find many links including an Archicad YouTube channel that has many informative videos on it.

Good question, I have amended the labels.

I think (am hoping) it is just because a post requires a label, and that is what was set as default - although it is not in the list of available labels.
