You have a problem with the finish material strength of the higher wall being stronger than the core of the lower wall, OR you may need to move the wall base lines so the core of the walls meet correctly.

The strength of the finish is weak.

350(finish) - 100(Insulation) - 740 (concrete)

If you look at the 2nd image among the images above, the concrete is connected to each other, but can the strength of the finish be high?
