Connecting sloped beams to horizontal beams

Hi there. I have a trouble with connecting the sloped beam to the horizontal one. This is how it looks like:

I've always had this type of trouble. I get the point that one profile is sloped and the second one is horizontal, so they can't match exactly. Bu what you do in this type of cases?

Are you using complex profiles with the beams in the example?

Put a 90 degree flat return on the top beam and connect the sloping beam to it.

Yes, I am. But this case happens in simple profiles too.

Yes.

You always need to turn the corner on the same plane, otherwise it is impossible to mitre the profiles (properly).

The builders will have exactly the same problem on site.

I am not sure what the technical term is, but I call it a transition zone.

Here is a post I made some time ago using a profile in the railing tool.

It shows the transition of the profile around the corner.
