How do you change the size of a space keeping the fixed area? In the Pet Palette does not the fixed area comand

Try using offset edge option (I think they work with fill & Zone) from the pet pallet.

Condition: Only works with a rectangular shape.

Which version of ArchiCAD are you using?

Then your shape isn't rectangular as pointed out above.
