In Plan: Select stair => Edit => Select top tread => Select outer edge => Custom Tread Polygon Settings => Hide Segement => Repeat for other relevant edges.

There is a texture issue when finishing a stair with a Tread though as you cannot edit the UV of the stair...

That is with the stair SEOing the slab. You can minimise the affected area to just the nosing by editting the depth of the top tread, then doing a SEO with downward extrusion on your slab.

Can anyone describe how to add nosing to the top of the stair, so that the nosing is consistent from top to bottom?

Thank you.

If you mean at the top landing, then your stair will need to end with a tread rather than a riser.

This way it will place a tread at the top landing level and if you have set all of the treads to have nosings, the top tread will as well.

If you don't want to see the extent of the top tread in plan, I believe there is an option to hide the lines (I don't have Archicad running at the moment so can't show any images).

Thank you, Barry,

That seems like a logical step, however I cannot seem to find that option while using the stair tool. I am running V25 on a MacBook Pro. Any ideas where to locate this design option?

Thank you.
