AC 27 Complex Profiles - Profile Manager Crash

Hi All,

We do have problems with the Complex Profiles in AC27 (INT + GER):
When saving a modified complex profile in the profile manager, it crashes all the time Archicad.

It happens with all types of files: existing teamwork and solo projects new (empty) files from standard AC-template.
On different Apple Hardware and macOS (Intel-based, ARM, Monterey, and Sonoma).
Any experience with this?
@GS: Are you aware of this problem?

(Yes, we did send all the Bug-Reports.)

Glad you shared with all of us fellow users. Can you here (and always in future) provide the build number of AC 27 and the build number of macOS as well.

As to the $GS - as a long time user, you do know that Graphisoft does not look to this Community for bug reports or feedback... although, hopefully, they will notice most of the important things like this at some point. Sending in the crash reports is great... but should follow up with a report to your local technical support that references those crash numbers. 🙂

In case you have LAND4CAD addon installed, there was a bug with the profile manager that caused crash. Update LAND4CAD to the latest version.

Yes, we use this add-on, too, and we only installed the first edition of the plugin for AC27, not the soon-after-issued fix. There was no communication from the developer...

That is a constructive reply. This is the actual value of this forum. Dedicated users help the ones in need. Great!
