How to fill the gap between a mesh and a slab

i created a mesh and now that I'm putting my slab on it , i want to fill the gap between them without moving the entire mesh (there are other buildings placed around the terrain).

I dont want to put the slab inside the mesh and use SEO with subtract with upward extrusion But i want to do the exact opposite. lets call it "Fill with downward inclusion" perhaps? i remember sketchup had a similar addon to do so.

Add a second mesh to act as an infill.

Or create nodes or ridges on the original mesh and elevate them as required.

Addons like ArchiTerra will do what you have described, but exluding those, I would select the mesh in plan, active the mesh tool and draw two open polylines defining as ridges. One around the open side of your slab, and the second offset from your slab where you wish the incline / fill to start from. You can then select a node from the line around your slab and use the elevate option to make it match that of your slab (base).
