Wall opening surface core only is not showing correctly

Hi,

1. On the 3D core only view, where i have openings like doors and windows, the side gets the surface from the interior wall stucco which is not correct.

How can i make it to be like the brick it is supposed to look? Without overriding the wall edge cause that will also show in normal 3D view.

2. On the column with finish on the core, i set one material for the exterior but in the 3D core only it does remove the finish but the surface of the exterior still remains on the concrete post. How to fix this also?

I did not built it. Is just the core only view. It is hiding the finishes, windows and doors.
