    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am assuming the grey cross hatch is defined as&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Core&lt;/EM&gt; while the cladding is&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Finish&lt;/EM&gt;. Core layers will not penetrate Finish layers unless the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Reference Line&lt;/EM&gt; extends beyond that of the intersecting wall / slab. They will either terminate on the intersection with the matching BM on the intersecting wall, as displayed in your 1st intersection, or with the intersecting&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Core&lt;/EM&gt; by&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Intersection Priority&lt;/EM&gt; if there are none that match. Due to this, in some niche cases, you can squiff the intersection by using zero thickness layers that match those of the intersecting wall. This will often mess up other intersections, hence it being a niche operation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are needing your&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Core&lt;/EM&gt; to extend to the face, you will be best off using a&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Complex Profile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;column. You can&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Copy &amp;amp; Paste&lt;/EM&gt; your 3rd intersection into the CP Editor then clean it up to achieve your Photoshopped intersection.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;H2&gt;Issue with Archicad's Priority Based Connections Feature&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm experiencing a challenge with Archicad's Priority Based Connections feature, specifically when a wall is positioned at the edge of a slab. Despite ensuring that both the wall and slab are using identical building materials and intersection priorities, the automatic connections are not functioning as anticipated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;Observed Behavior&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;OL class=""&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In &lt;STRONG&gt;Image 1&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I expected to see the same connection as in &lt;STRONG&gt;Image 3&lt;/STRONG&gt;, given that concrete has a higher priority than insulation. However, when the wall is placed on the slab's edge, the outside insulation appears to override the priority connection. Is this behavior intentional?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A similar issue is observed in &lt;STRONG&gt;Image 2&lt;/STRONG&gt;. When the wall's height is extended, the slab's finish priority seems to be superseded. This occurs only when the wall is positioned precisely on the slab's edge.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
