MEP Designer 28 - Missing things

I am trying to understand how things work in v28's MEP world. My Archicad complains that these are MISSING:

Branch Preset

Design Criteria

Segment Preset

This is with a New & Reset All... and with the default Archicad 28 Library which came with the Technology Preview. When I add the MEP 28 library, it actually loads the 27 lcf, in case this if of importance.

Has anyone been able to use MEP Designer in 28?

I had similar issue, and found a resolution in one of the community forums. It turns out that the MEP environment was missing. I post a link to the solution that was provided, once I find again. On a separate note I still cant figure out how to get pipes to slope in 28, but slow progress is better than non right?
