thank you so much.

Is identifying by sight the only way?

I think you can programmatically figure out if objects overlap, right? I've seen revit create overlapping faces.

I think I accidentally overlapped the eyes while practicing. How can I tell if the eyes overlap?

You could temporarily change one of the I-beams to a different building material type. (Show as a different fill pattern type) Then view it in the cross section to see the difference. Your section cut has to be through the two I-beams for you to see the difference.

Thank you for your answer.
There is an overlap in beam and slab, but it is not searched in check duplicates.
In case of overlap, it seems that archicad often does not search.
Many people make mistakes in copying, etc.
I would like to know how to improve it.

Check for duplicates only works when the objects are on the same position and have the same sizes;, in your case they overlap but the referenceline is not in same position.

There are other indicators like:

1/ lighter texture (overlapping geometry)

2/ strange fills/shadows in elevations:

3/ missing lines in sections

Probably more...

Best regards

If there is an overlap, it is either very obvious (to a trained eye) or is usually resolved by the buildingmaterials. Some connections are probably necessary and also do overlap. I think there are too many exceptions to program this correctly.
