Somewhere in the change, his entire Trace Palette went missing. I tried to have him go to Work Environment and find it from there, but it is missing entirely. I opened work environment on my computer and I found it, and when he did the same, it is not there. He can, however, right click on a view and have it bring the trace up, but then he can not shut it off.
