i can answer the first question. at the top of your screen there should be an icon that appears to be a wireframe cube you click on that icon then click on the image/photorendering settings. i assume you are using ac9 so you will make sure you are on the lightworks rendering engine the click ok. you will then click on the camera at the top of your screen. this will photo render the view you have on the screen. You can go to objectsonline.com for new libraries and such. as for the other question i'll refer you to the next guy to come in here.

by the way, where did you get the picture you linked to? that was nice.

The image you linked to is a rendering by Lars Erik Guy.

http://www.graphisoft.com/community/design_showcase/

While he produced the image with Art*lantis and Photoshop, you can produce an image very similar to this directly in ArchiCAD using the LightWorks photorendering engine.

You can see the textures in the OpenGL 3D window, but you must photorender to see reflections, masking, bump, lighting and other effects.

This is a HUGE area to learn about, but you'll find a lot of information here in the "Presentation - Rendering and Multimedia" forum, including links to free sources of textures/etc. Learn to use the "Search" functionality of these forums and you'll find those links.

Have fun,
