      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;Just starting with AC 9, US: I use the marquee to select a chunk of the model, look at it in the 3D window, click on the Window tool, do Cmd-A for Select All, and together with the six windows inside the marqueed/shown chunk of the model I also get highlighted selection dots for the ghosts of all the windows in the same story, *totally outside the marquee* (and they are also counted as 'Selected:' in the Find &amp;amp; Select window).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is very scary, and it did not happen in 8. Is there any Preference or something that will avoid it?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Don't have AC installed at all, but from flaky memory: there IS a setting whether you will cut the elements with marquee or not. Maybe that is the problem?</description>
