Hi there Im a new user of archicad and i have a qs i would like to ask.
How do i cut a rectagular hole in a slab (floor). Thanks

I am also new to AC (2.5 months). When I first posted on this site I used my last name as my user name "Flamer" I got some funny responses. The other long time users suggested I read the etiquette section. Most people use there real names out of respect. You may get the same response. Right click on the slab, Select&Activate tool, draw the hole. Works for all the polygons.

The newer way - needed in some cases - is to use SEO (acronym for Solid Element Operations).

Welcome to the Forum - it is also a custom to include your ArchiCAD version and platform/OS in the signature, as some things are platform and OS specific.
