greetings, I'm a student and I need help, as you can see in the attached picture, it gives me an error every time when I want to start the file, I don't know what to do, I have to submit the project soon, if anyone can help me, thank you very much in advance ❤️

Sounds to me like a video card/driver issue.

Try switching your 3D style to Basic (Vectorial) engine to see if that makes a difference.

A quick search around seems to imply that it is a graphics driver issue. See if you can update your graphics driver, or if you are already on the latest, reverting to the previous version.
