CI tools - roof cladding not showing in 3D?

I have CI tools showing for wall claddings perfectly.

roof claddings show correctly in 2d (plan/sections)

In 3d modelling view, the flashings show but the main body of the claddings are not shown.

in 2D elevations the sheets are missing, showing the framing only

i have checked all settings (MVO, 3D styles, reno filters, the items settings pane)

ive tried placing a new roof and adding new claddings.

ive tried starting a new file.

Any help appreciated

i emailed CI but got no reply.

Does no one have a handle on this issue?

I am not sure how quickly they will get back to you if you just e-mail them.

If you log into MyCI you can create a support ticket.

It still might take them a while to respond, but as it is a support ticket, they can't close it until they do respond.
