Imported DWG does not show

First of all, I do not think that this is version-specific, there is something else going on:

I have a tiny DWG, that is giving me issues, and I can't figure out why. Loading the file into a clean project - easy peasy.

I have several models I need to import this file into. Some models are giving me a headache - I load the DWG the usual way, but nothing shows. And I know that is loaded succesfully, because it is in the Xref Manager.

I have tried every trick I know, but it still won't display.

Any ideas?

A Dwg gets placed at his own coördinates and can be far away from the archicad origin.

Select all and the fit in window to zoom to the selection. In the manu view/zoom/fit in window

Yes, I am aware of that. And so I did. Yelding nothing. But, like I said, sometimes it loads, sometimes it does not.

However, as far as I can tell, I managed to correct the issue: I took the dwg down to project-zero, and saved a new DWG, and so far, it works.

I was supposed to do that operation everytime the DWG was used anyway, so I guess I actually saves a few minutes everytime I load a new project file.

An update:

By a coinsidense, I discovered that DWG's are affected by the reenovation-filter. I did not know that, neither had I ever thought of that beeing a possibillity.
