Checked that also, but it is set to "No Overrides". Adding more images of Graphic Overrides, Renovation Graphic Overrides, and MVOs for Doors.
Set it to a color that another opening (a window) has set. The window shows the changes.

I see both the doors and windows are set to 'Simplified' detail level in 3D in the MVO settings.
Try changing this to 'Detailed'.
The door may be set to use the MVO settings and the window may be set to use its own settings (and not the MVO).
My guess is that the doors got accidentally tagged as existing, which may have a transparent override. (Overrides are shown for existing elements.)

<S></S>RESULT: The Transparency box was checked under 3D Styles.<E></E>

Thanks for the responses and advice. I've looked at Graphisoft's explanation:

<S></S>Check this to produce transparent views of elements that have the appropriate Surfaces setting when generating a shaded view. Below, the same glass wall appears with Transparency Off and On.<E></E>

Follow up question is this:
I tried several different surfaces (ones that showed up with a window opening), before unchecking the transparency box, but still it showed up as transparent. Where/how do I control the "appropriate Surfaces settings" of the door's transparency?
