    <description>You could try it yourself: use the Solid Element Operations Palette and use the stair as Operator and the slab as Target, then you will see if it works. I I cannot try it myself, because I'm not at my computer at the moment.</description>

      <description>I already did, but as i select the overhead-figure, I also select the stair. And doing a boolean operation just removes the footprint of the stair.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Just wondered if there were any clever tricks to accomplish the task.&lt;BR /&gt;
