Its not hardware issue thanks for you suggestion.

It will work again after restart and no other software been affected by this issue.

Found topic of this issue since 2006, so come on its 2025 now, really?

First time I have heard of this issue... can you provide any more context, or at least the link to this other topic that you found?

Maybe pressing the Esc key does not do exactly what you want. Here is the Help page that talks about which actions/operations the Escape key cancels and in what order:
