Complex wall with offset modifiers intersection issue.

I'm encountering a problem, where if I lay two complex profile walls on top of each other, and use vertical offset modifiers to change sheathing/insulation height on both, it creates a protruding corner on the bottom wall.
I could not use a complex profile on the top wall and just make a seperate wall section that is just a block without sheathing or insulation, but would like to know if there are any better ways to solve this.

This ussually happens when two reference lines of walls stacked vertically interact. You could try solving it with intersection priority, but it is probably better to make a clean horizontal cut in your profile where the insulation sits above the structural part of your slab and stack the walls vertically without them interfering/interacting or having one very tall complex profile, but this might not meet your BIM standards.

Maybe adjusting the strengths of the building materials in the composites, so one of the remaining skins is still stronger and will block the protrusion?

Or some suggestions I would really like to do...

Add in little bits of stronger wall that will do the blocking.

Or Solid Element Operation to cut it off.
