Check the frame intersection priority. The horizontal frame should have a higher priority than the vertical frame to be able to cut through it.

Could you be more specific with your question?

If you want to ensure the continuity of the horizontal profile, then the answer given by @Rico Suleyman is correct; it is a matter of priority.
But perhaps your problem is that you want to align both profile classes, in which case you should play around with the geometry in the object settings.

It all depends on the size of the profiles in relation to the panel plane.
