no automatic transitions between different pipe sizes

When I connect different pipe sizes in MEP no automatic transition is created as it is supposed to do. Any ideas why is this happening?

Operating system used: Windows 11

Check if the pipe transition dimensions for your pipe sizes are available in the Table of Dimensions in the Route Specifications. If they don't exist they will not appear in your model.

I am unsure as I don't use the MEP system.

There are 5 or 6 new knowledge based articles that have just been posted about the MEP system.

Or maybe one of the other articles will help.
