3D Document not showing extended floor finish into window niche (doors work fine)

Hello,

We are working on a floor plan using a 3D document to display the different floor of our project.

The Setup:
We have separated the slab into two distinct parts:

Bottom part: The structural layer (concrete and mortar).
Top part: The finish floor layer (including the isolation/insulation).

The Problem:
We need the finished floor layer to extend into the window niche to show a continuous finish. I have modeled the geometry so that the top part (finish) extends into the window opening.

However, in the 3D document view, it is not showing up correctly inside the window niche. It appears as if the finish stops at the wall face.

The Confusing Part:
Strangely, this same logic is working perfectly for the doors. The finished floor layer shows correctly extending into the door openings. I have attached a screenshot highlighting the issue: the door opening looks correct, but the window niche does not show the extended floor finish.

What I have tried:

I lowered the niche on the windows, thinking there might be a clipping or cut plane issue, but this just generated a different view and did not solve the core problem.

The Question:
Has anyone encountered this discrepancy between how 3D documents display elements in window openings versus door openings? Is there a specific setting in the 3D document, or perhaps a modeling rule for windows, that prevents the finished floor from showing inside the niche? How can I force the finish layer to be visible in the window recess?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi..

Check the 2D display settings of the opening element; it could be a problem with the pen or the hatch.
