Hi, I am drawing an instalation wall for the WC in front of a separation wall. Is there any way to change the line weight between those two without making new composite wall for this specific case?

Operating system used: Windows

Is using a thinner Pen weight for the installation wall an option for you?

If it is, then you can do that and then Bring Forward the installation wall in Display Order so it overlaps the separation wall.

Another option is to model this connection using a Complex Profile, and place it as a Column element. You will be able to set the edges between the two Walls to any Pen you want.

unfortunately, we don't have individual line control over adjoining elements. There are definitely work-arounds.

As Laszlo said, a complex profile column could give you individual control over edge pens.

But by the time you make even a basic complex profile and get the pens the way you want, you could make a custom composite (select the composite without the furr wall, right click > edit selected composite, duplicate, add a layer, adjust pens, split the wall, apply the new composite where the furr wall shows up).

...
I think this is another case of there may be too many different ways to tackle this graphic problem. If it's me, I'm using a composite. But wouldn't consider a complex profile to be wrong either... as long as you aren't drafting 2d lines over the boundary of a lighter line weight wall or column, I think you're ok.
