Beams not showing up in elevation view

My beams just show as a white fill in elevation view. How would I fix this?

So you can select the beam that is there?

Can you drag a copy to the side and see that beam?

I am wondering if the top and bottom are being hidden or surfaces are merging.

Or maybe the layer is turned off.

Is the outline pen white?

I changed the structure and that fixed it. The pen settings for the previous structure had white uncut lines/ white surfaces.
