Depending on orientation of your schedule, a row can be properties of one window or it can be one property across all windows.

Assuming latter, you could create a duplicate schedule, remove fields and set merge options so you are left with one column that is all windows. If you change a property there, it should apply to all. Might not work if it is custom text between two schedules.
Some other options to quickly edit multiple elements - find & select in 3D - same criteria as schedule, edit.
Export schedule as excel via interoperability > classifications and properties > import/export property values.
Depending on what you are changing some of the above might work.

Is there a way to select an entire row in a window schedule to then change the value in that row to all be the same?

Thanks
