<T>I am having a new problem in 10 that I don't remeber having in 9. Is there a way to to set the origin for the vectorial hatching fills associated with the material. I can detach the drawing and set the to project origin, but I am hoping there is something simple I am missing.</T>

Does this work?

Select the walls in the <S></S>3D window<E></E>.... Design> Align 3D texture> Set origin

You can move the origin of the texture (and hatching) with Design -> Align 3D Texture -> Set Origin. This affects 3D and section, though the command must be done in 3D.

Otherwise, AFAIK, the texture origin is the global origin/project zero. In a quick experiment, it works for me as it should.

Is it possible that some elements' textures were re-aligned? If not, and it is a glitch, you could try aligning them with the command.

The direction in which you drew the walls is also a determining factor on how the vectorial hatching appears. 99% of the time it looks OK either way the walls are drawn, but for problems like yours it could be worth temporarily checking View>On-screen View Options>Walls & Beams Reference Lines and making sure the reference line directions are both headed the same way!

Cheers,
