While I did not get a crash in Windows XP I think there is a bug here. While I do not get a crash, when I draw a slab with these settings, it does not show up in the Plan view... but it's there and I know it because (1.) it shows up in the 3D window and (2.) if I activate the arrow tool and do a Select All in the plan view, the info bar will show a slab as being selected and editable.

I have reported it to GS

<T>Dont know if this has been noted before

set "general" as a slab's surface material then activate the "surface fill" for plan view. Lastly check "use fill of surface material", close the setting dialogue - this produces a crash

Anyone else get this?</T>
