<R>Has anyone else had this problem..... I Marquee part of my plan in Archicad. Hit print and AC crashes (every time). It <S></S>was<E></E> a quick way to get a scaled print of part of my drawing, without going into Plotmaker. Not anymore.
Marc,

just tested it on my windows laptop and no problem. I'll test it on a Mac when I get back to my office tomorrow (if the snow lets up... but hey, you're in Idaho can't complain about snow to you).

Have you checked for software or firmware updates for your printer?
Woodster:

I wish we had some of that here. I didn't get to use my snow blower nearly enough this winter (not to mention skiing and powder.... getting into my face, goggles, hat ......life )

I just tried printing from a small project.... and that one worked fine.
Another project crashed (consistantaly). Would that eliminate printer firmware? Could it be file size?

Keep shoveling.
Postscript:

After talking to Graphisoft the "solution" was to trash my preferences, do a "New & Reset" and merge the file in.

Now to get my pref.s back to how I like'em.

Thanks for your responses.
Which OS are you on?

You can merge any file into a New&Reset, by doing a New&Reset and then using Merge.

Do a Search for Preferences on the forum; you will find more than one place where it is explained in detail.
