    <description>If you stretch these windows, rather than maximising, they will remain at the stretched size next time you come back to them.&lt;BR /&gt;
I quite like having the window border around such windows, it reminds you that closing the window isn't going to close the whole project. If there's no border, don't close it!</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;when i re-open an existing sect/elev window, the window size is small. Each time i open it i have to maximize it. &lt;BR /&gt;
Is there a setting to tell it to open maximized?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
