    <description>You could do it this way too: &lt;BR /&gt;
-Select Polyline tool, change pen, layer, etc. &lt;BR /&gt;
-Press "O" or click on the offset button in the Control Pallette. This activates the offset mode. &lt;BR /&gt;
-Press Space Button, you will see the MagicWand cursor - while pressing the Space Button click on the existing polyline and move the mouse. &lt;BR /&gt;
- Now press "R"for the distance or use Tracker!</description>

      <description>Use the pet palette:  selecting a node will give you the option of offsetting the entire polyline, selecting an edge will give you the option of offsetting that edge.</description>

PS.  You can offset all polygonal elements this way (Slabs, Fills, etc.).</description>
