If you model your walls or slab first, you <S></S>can<E></E> magic wand in the other and the roof easily afterwards. But it does depend on the situation and your own preference. A lot of people find that creating walls first is the most logical way to set out their building.
Not to sound too vague, but whatever works best for your situation.

If you have a building outline to work with, go for slabs first.
If you have a plan layout, go for walls first.
If you have a roof plan to start from, do roofs first.

Usually the plan hasnt settled down when first being CADed so to me makes sense to start with walls. Things like slabs come later.
