    <description>I assume you need to increase the number of frames per second- normal TV is 25frame per seconds so that is a guide dpending on how smooth you want - head down from there to about 15 frames per second</description>

Last defrag of disk?&lt;BR /&gt;
Try to recopy the file to a clean place on the disk or a scratch partition.&lt;BR /&gt;
Try putting it on a CD and playing it back.&lt;BR /&gt;
What compression?&lt;BR /&gt;
What frame rate?&lt;BR /&gt;
what image size?&lt;BR /&gt;
what computer?&lt;BR /&gt;
how full is hard drive?</description>
