How do you make a concrete ramp?

How do you make a ramp? I need to make a handicap concrete sidewalk.

You may need to be more specific.
Roof Tool can make a sloped surface.
Stair Tool using Stair Maker has Ramps
Mesh Tool for something more complex

As you can tell from my two questions, I am pretty new to all of this.

I just need to run a small section of concrete sidewalk from one place over to another (only about 12' x 4' wide). It needs to slope 1" in 12".

Does that make sense?

Easy peasy,
Just select the roof tool, simple shed
open the settings dialog window, select the thickness (3.5"?), slope 1/12, go to materials, select concrete, go to the elevation box and select the height of the 'Pivot' point -in this case the beginning of your ramp up.
Close the window and draw the pivot line on plan where you want the ramp to start, then draw the outline of the entire ramp (12'x4') -you can always stretch it later to fit any special condition. check it in 3D to see if you got the direction of the upslope right. Remember that the Pivot point is your control point, the ramp (roof) will go up and down from that point. note that the pivot elevation is at the "Bottom" of the ramp, so make adjustment for the thickness.

there is a library part that will put kerbs and handrails onto the ramp.

Unfortuneately handrails for these parts and stairmaker dont comply with the disabled standard ( australia AS 1428)

Its called quick ramp or something similar

You are right, there is a curved ramp in Folder 03 Concrete Structures 81, Curved Ramp -can be straightened out, but not totally.
There is also a handrailinthe Stairmaker Handrails 81 that you can use to satisfy the code, at least in the US, but I still think it is easier to make one from 'scratch'.
You may also find some free at various sites posted on the internet.

Actually i have just noticed that the library part I was talking about is in an Australian library bundled with the Aussie version of Archicad ( presumably this is why we have to wait 4 months for any updates!!)
