I would probably start with reinstalling Archicad. It sounds like some part of the installation ate itself.

<T>I used AC 11 successfully yesterday,. but this AM I was greeted with a dialogue box form ArchiCAD Environment that said that ArchiCAD could not be launched because of the missing; Interactive Schedule that should be in the Check Duplicates tool.

What is this and how can I correct it YESTERDAY ? I actually can not open any AC file....so business is shut down for today..... not good. All has been OK for months and notheing has changed except this.

Ideas are welcome...as AC servoce is not responding to my many calls or is my localo reseller....

Thanks, Paul</T>

All your preferences are stored separately from the installation. You should be able to just put the CD in and reinstall.

If you're not running at all, you have nothing to lose anyway!

Tom,
does this mean that you can reinstall ARchicad (without uninstalling)
and leave all preferences intact in "documents and settings-user-application data-graphisoft-ARchicad 11 " or do you have to unistall
and replace all enviroment settings?

I'm not sure about Windows, but on the Mac you can definitely reinstall without losing preferences.

I don't see any reason why installing on Windows would overwrite your current preferences.
