Maybe the connection of the upper wall with the slab is not accurate
What about if you break the upper wall to 2 different walls at the level of the slab?

Mats,
I have noticed that I am unable to make the side surface
of a slab clean-up with a wall. The top edge and the bottom edge
always clean-up but never the sides.
Mats,
You asked, "how 2 get rid of?"
One way is as described below (see attachment).
Please note that circular slabs always have a minimum
of two vertical "edges" so you must orient the slab
so that these "edges" are buried.
Haha!!!
That was a really shrewd (do I spell it like that?) work-around! It doesn't work all the way though. When I export it to dwg there will be some small annoying lines left. I don't know if it's a bug or if it's a decision from GS not to let the wall clean-up with the slab side. I will post lettter to GS and ask them. Thanks anyway for the tips!
Clever solution, Peter.

GS, is this how you envision the model/documentation relationship working?

How long have we been asking for things to just clean up already!?!

Those little lines are the biggest driver of workarounds, maintenance, and wasted time.

ArchiCAD is a good modeling program, with good documentation ability, but the big selling point is the integration between the two. Which is totally belied by glitches like this.

It must be made a top development priority to ensure that a tight model generates tight drawings, automatically. It is way overdue.

Here is a classic clean-up problem we all have run into
countless times (see attached).
Finaly, after all these years, I made a dumb little library part called
"3D Edge Mask" that you place in 2D or 3D to fix such problems
so you can get on with what you were doing.
It's basically a stretchable, rotate-able "slab" of the proportions
of the slab that I described earlier but its edges can be shown
for placement and then hidden to function as a mask.
Anyone is welcome to it, or make your own.
Too bad there's not a Display Option to control this or something.....

You can replace Wall #3 with Column or Beam and must overlap wall #2, then the clean up is fine!

It is a shame that these workarounds are still necessary. I do look forward to someday when ALL coplanar faces of like material are automatically cleaned up.
