The word architect comes from the greek αρχιτέκτων pronounced as arhitekton (just like HI in the word hidden) - It consist of two words arhi - which means first,origin,primary etc and tekton-the one who creates (something like the first builder or God).

Oh, yes! And as you know Achille, we invented CAD, PCs, the internet etc...
We also went to Mars but we are just too modest to admit it...

PS.A funny thing is that a lot of people in Greece (including myself sometimes) pronounce the first part (Archi) in Greek and the second (CAD) in English !
