topic Break in section line in Modeling

<T>The following is from the Archicad help file, but I cannot seem to understand what it is telling me to do. I am trying to eliminate the break line(s) in a elevation, but all I seem to be able to accomplish is creating more breaks. Can someone interpret? I am unclear what they mean by out of the section range.

"To eliminate a break in a staggered section line, select the section line, then pull the break line (perpendicular to the section line) out of the section range."</T>

Millard,
To eliminate the break, with section tool active, stretch (ctrl/cmd H)
and with your cursor on the midpoint node of the portion of the section line you want to move, then that part will move.

If you just pull that section as the wording implies, you create ever smaller staggered sections...

Ok, Thanks. I didn't quite get it from your screen shot, but at least it gave me the clue to what graphisoft was saying. You need to drag the middle section beyond the end of the section line to eliminate the offset.
