ArchiCAD 10 Upgrade Cost.

Since Graphisoft is already inviting us to save $200.00 on the ArcihCAD 10 upgrade + some of its add-ons coming in 2006 by subscribing now to the Subscription and Upgrade program. I think it is only reasonable and fair that they let us have some idea of what we are subscribing too?

The current annual subscription offering includes the following.:

- ArchiCAD 10 and future major release upgrades – Value $595
- Key Insurance – Value $150
- 3D Profiler Tool – Value $100
- Virtual Tutor – Value $120

My wish is simple...I wish Graphisoft would tell us something about ArchiCAD 10 so I can make an informed decision about the subscription and upgrade program.

Well that does seem reasonable doesn't it but I also think you are wishing in the wind. I believe the $200 savings is for the period from now until you get V-10. I hope that wasn't too sarcastic. As I said elsewhere and having thought about it at some length I believe GS should make the beginning of the subscription period begin with the delivery of V-10.

If they want their money early I think this would be a fair bargain for early adopters. They could still do this if they wanted with nothing to lose and I think more people would sign up.

This does not belong in the Wishlist. Therefore it was moved here.

However, the poll is still there ... only, what is your question?

As stated many times, you will know about ArchiCAD 10 when the time comes. Until then, who knows cannot say.

Anyway, the whole topic is best discussed with your reseller. (S)he is the person that is making you the offer, therefore raising the issue "higher" will kick up more dust, but what would the use of that be? It is basically a business decision, not a software feature/functionality wish.

is this upgrade from version 9?? i am positive it is 495 dls. till the end of sept....which is not bad, and i hope pm is incorporated to ac this time...plus the footing tool from cad image and i will be relaxedl for sometime
