Marquee Stretch Moves Arcs in PM

For a while I have observed that some arcs appear rotated about their own centers when imported into PM. A little experimentation has revealed the cause: marquee-stretching the arcs. Example image attached.

I use arcs for note leaders when labels aren't adequate. It's convenient to marquee-stretch the text and arc together, moving the note while keeping the arc aligned. Or it used to be, before this behavior.

Moving one end of the arc with the pet palette button works as it should.

So any word from Graphisoft about a fix for this very annoying bug. I especially like the added feature where it never seems to happen until minutes before a big deadline.
