I do not know where they are stored but I know how to get at&lt;BR /&gt;
them to use them. &lt;BR /&gt;
In the Design menu-&amp;gt;complex profiles-&amp;gt;profile manager-&amp;gt;choose profile&lt;BR /&gt;
hit the button that by default says "Custom" and you see a list of profiles.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;On page 137 of the manual, it states that "Archicad ships a number of predefined profile elements" to be used with the wall, beam and column tools.  Does anyone know where these profiles are stored.  How are they loaded; via the library manager or attribute manager?  Are these profiles residing in the .tpl?&lt;BR /&gt;

Profiles are attributes just as Line Types, Fill Types, Pen Sets etc. are. They are stored as part of the Project File.&lt;BR /&gt;
Proof of this is the fact that in Attribute Manager you can open another PLN file and copy Profiles from it to your currently opened Project.</description>
