topic Merge walls resets hatch position in Modeling

<T>Hi,
I was testing how I could control hatch/texture alignment on merged walls/profiled captured.
When I merge two walls the texures reset to their original position. I just would like someone to confirm this.
The intention was to get the wall to understand it should start with a brick in the bottom corner where the wall starts...
Cheers,
