topic wall joins in Modeling

how can i get it to clean up this wall join correctly? no matter what i do it only wants to join 2 walls and leave the 3rd out.

If the walls' reference lines were their centrelines they'd clean up o.k, but then you might have problems at the next junction.... But you can get it to work..... see attached.

Just try to make all the reference lines join at one point.

Otherwise join the top and the right side wall and then "CTRL" click the left side wall to the bottom edge of the right wall.
