      <description>If the walls' reference lines were their centrelines they'd clean up o.k, but then you might have problems at the next junction.... &lt;IMG src="https://community.graphisoft.com/legacyfs/online/emojis/icon_rolleyes.gif" style="display : inline;" /&gt; But you can get it to work..... see attached.</description>

Just try to make all the reference lines join at one point.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Otherwise join the top and the right side wall and then "CTRL" click the left side wall to the bottom edge of the right wall.&lt;BR /&gt;
