SOLAR ANGLE ACCURACY??

doing some solar studies and finding discrepency between archicad
data and data provided by US Naval office and NOAA.

eg. alt = 31.3 az = 15.8 us naval office
alt = 31.52 az = 14.79 noaa
alt = 31.09 az = 15.13 archicad

has anyone come across this before or have any input.
our studies need to be mm precise.

As far as I remember GS declared a long time ago that Sun Studies in ArchiCAD are not meant for this level of accuracy. They are meant to give you a general idea of how much Sun you building will get, nothing more.
