Ghost story shortcut

Is there a shortcut command for changing the ghost story from "Above current story" to "Below current story"?

I'm aware of the shortcut for turning it on and off, but not for switching stories.

As far as I know you can't set a shortcut to do this... so you must resort to ctrl+7 then manually change it.

Don't know of a shortcut for what your asking, but you can right click on the story that you wish to show as a ghost story in the view editor or navigator.

Also command+4(mac), and I assume ctrl+4(for pc) opens up a ghost/main story window
