How to control Roof End angle?

<T>Any ideas how to control the angle for the Roof end? Or how to activate the grayed "Custom angle"?

The standard Roof dialog offers only two options -vertical or parallel to the roof slope. The third option - Custom angle is active only in Polyroof mode! WHY???

And why Polyroof does not inherit the Roof properties?! They behave like two different tools and all the data has to be retyped manually in the Polyroof dialog box.

I need to model a single roof plane with horizontal roof end. in order to do it I need to make a rectangular Polyroof, then delete three or the planes and stretch the trapecoidal planes to rectangular. Messy!

Any good ideas will be very appreciated.</T>

Select Roof, click on the edge that you want to edit, click on the last option on the first row of the pet palette. there you are!

Yea it is so easy to see and understand what that icon means . I certainly wonder who designed many of the icons in the pet palettes.
